MSc. Candela Sancho

MSc. Candela Sancho has extensive experience in the analysis of natural and anthropogenic processes that drive ground deformation. She has worked at the Department of Geosciences of the CSIC-Jaume Almera Institute (Barcelona, Spain) and at the Department of Tectonophysics of the University of Utrecht (Utrecht, The Netherlands) for more than 7 years.

Her professional career has focused on the detection, modelling and analysis of subsidence and surface and subsurface deformation in the Eurasian plate. Candela is proficient in DInSAR processing and is an expert in geophysical deformation mechanisms affecting ground stability.
